Step 1 - Initial Consultation. We will setup a good time for an initial meeting with all prospective clients to hear their specific needs and wish list for their home and explain who we are as a company. Whether we meet in person or a video conference call is preferred, we are always available to meet and discuss what our clients are looking for in a new home or remodel design. We are happy our offer this consultation free of charge.
Step 2 - Proposal Design Services Agreement, and initial Estimate. Based on the Initial Consultation, we will draft our proposal and estimate for the client’s design project. When the client is ready to move forward, they only need to return our agreed fully signed along with a deposit based on the initial estimate. Once both are received then the design process begins.
Step 3 - First Pass Floor Plans and Elevations. Based on the clients individual needs and wish list, we will create a first pass of a unique home design for review.
Step 4 - Design Revisions We provide two rounds of design revisions in our standard package. We’ve found that we can usually provide exactly what the client is looking for with minimal back and forth making our design process as smooth as possible for our clients.
Step 5 - Construction Plan Set Once the design has been approved by the client, we then begin creating the full construction documents. See our documents section for a description of each page of the Construction Plan Set
Step 6 - Delivery of Design, Plans, and 3D Renderings We will email Approved / Released files to our clients along with our final invoice for the project.
