They used the final rendering for marketing and on construction site signage to promote the sale of this property. Renderings have many benefits, even as marketing materials.
Colonial to Modern Renovation
In Dunwoody, GA, the owner of this 1970's brick colonial wanted a FULL home renovation. The owner requested a design that was totally different, modern, and clean lined. These images show the detail of the family room main wall with built in shelving done in an asymmetrical design pattern. Renderings really help bring the details to life!
